Abstract:
ATCOPIA78LTR is a consensus sequence of a long terminal repeat from the ATCOPIA78 Copia-like retrotransposon. Individual copies are 99% identical to the consensus sequence. ~20 copies of ATCOPIA78LTR are present in the genome. See comments for ATCOPIA78_I.
