Title: ATGP10_I, an internal portion of the ATGP10 gypsy-like retrovirus. |

Journal: Repbase Reports 1(3), 30-30 (2001) |

Abstract: ATGP10_I is an internal portion of ATGP10, a Gypsy-like retrovirus which was integrated into the genome long time ago; its LTRs (deposited in Repbase as ATGP10LTR) are 90% identical to each other. Two ORFs, which have encoded GAG and POL polyproteins, are saturated by false stop codons and frame shifts.
