Title:
ATHATN8, a family of non-autonomous HAT transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 1(3), 31-31 (2001)
Abstract:
The ATHATN8 copies are ~93% identical to the consensus sequence. It is a family of HAT-like nonautonomous DNA transposons. ATHATN8 has 14-bp TIRs (one mismatch) and is flanked by 8-bp target-site duplications. There are four copies of ATHATN8 in the genome.
