Abstract: ATCOPIA95LTR is a consensus sequence of a long terminal repeat from the ATCOPIA95 Copia-like retrotransposon. ATCOPIALTR95 copies are ~95% identical to the consensus sequence; ~10 copies of ATCOPIA95LTR are present in the genome. See comments for ATCOPIA95_I.
