Abstract: This consensus is derived for all copies <15% diverged from this consensus and is 73% identical, over its full length, to that of Ronin2. Several other closely related Ronin elements are housed in the Fugu genome. The average substitution level of copies is 10%, but this reflects the existence of multiple subfamilies.
