Abstract: Complete open reading frame from bp 357-1403. The encoded protein is 72% similar to TC1 in Xenopus (TC1_XL), both fitting in a vertebrate specific group also containing TDR1 in Danio rerio and TC1L_SS in Salmon. On average, copies are 2.5% diverged from the consensus.
