Abstract: TC2_FR1 to 6 are Tc2-like DNA transposons grouping with the Kanga1 and 2 elements that were active in Mesozoic mammals. Open reading frame from bp 542-1147. Including CpGs, copies are 4.5% diverged from the consensus; At least 88 CpGs (6.2% of dimers).
