Abstract:
ATLANTYS3LTR is a long terminal repeat from the ATLANTYS3 endogenous retrovirus. An internal portion of the retrovirus is deposited in Repbase Update as ATLANTYS3I. There are ~10 copies of ATLANTYS3LTR in the genome, they are over 90% identical to each other.
