Abstract:
LTR2_DR is a long terminal repeat of unidentified endogenous retrovirus that belongs to the class I ERV. LTR2_DR solo-copies are flanked by 4-bp target site duplications. LTR2_DR copies are over 90% identical with the consensus sequence.
