Title:
HATN6_DR, a family of ancient nonautonomous hAT-like DNA transposons from zebrafish.

Repbase Reports 2(6), 14-14 (2002)
Abstract:
Two portions of HATN6_DR were identified as unclassified repeats Dr000001 [1] and Dr000081 [2]. About 1000 copies of HATN6_DR are expected to populate the zebrafish genome. They are ~85% divergent from the consensus sequence. This element is characterized by 19-bp terminal inverted repeats and the 8-bp target site duplications.
