Title:
MARINERN3_AG: a family of nonautonomous mariner/Tc1-like DNA transposons from African malaria mosquito.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 3(1), 6-6 (2003)
Abstract:
MARINERN3_AG copies are ~98% identical to the consensus sequence. They are flanked by the TA target site duplications. This element has perfect 23-bp terminal inverted repeats. Classification: a nonautonomous Mariner/Tc1-like DNA transposon.
