Abstract: LTR retrotransposon. Solo LTR. The consensus sequence is 75% identical to the LTR-3_AN consensus. LTR-3a_AN elements are ~76% identical to the LTR-3a_AN consensus. It is possible that LTR3a_AN is a consensus sequence of ~20 subfamilies represented by a single copies only.
