Title:
HAT4_CI, a family of autonomous hAT DNA transposons from the sea squirt Ciona intestinalis.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 3(6), 105-105 (2003)
Abstract:
HAT4_CI is a family of autonomous elements related to the hAT superfamily. It encodes a 607-aa hAT transposase, HAT4_CIp (5 exons, 695-918, 1077-1099, 1214-1626, 1685-2399,2454-2902). The N terminal portion of HAT4_CIp is the BED zinc finger. The nonautonomous HAT4N_CI is a deletion derivate of HAT4_CI.
