Title:

Journal:
Repbase Reports 3(6), 111-111 (2003)
Abstract:
HATN4_CI is a family of nonautonomous elements related to the hAT superfamily. There are ~100 HATN4_CI elements in the C. intestinalis genome, they are 98% identical to the consensus. HATN4_CI i flanked by 12-bp terminal inverted repeats.
