Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 93% identical to the consensus. HELITRON10_CB is flanked by TC-CTGG termini and contains an imperfect palindrome in positions ~729-1180. Related to HELITRON4_CB and HELITRON9_CB.
