Title: HELITRON12_CB - a family of nonautonomous HELITRON transposons. |
Journal: Repbase Reports 4(10), 265-265 (2004) |
Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 89% identical to the consensus. HELITRON12_CB is flanked by TC-CTGG termini and contains a palindrome-like sequence in positions ~242-279. HELITRON12_CB is closely related to HELITRON13_CB and distantly to HELITRON11_CB, HELITRON10_CB, HELITRON5_CB, HELITRON4_CB, and HELITRON6_CB.
