Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 97% identical to the consensus. HELITRON4_CB is flanked by TC-CTGG termini and inserts between 5'T and 3'A.. Distantly related to HELITRON3_CB and HELITRON5_CB. Positions 815-1442 form a palindrome-like structure.
