Title:
HELITRON7_CB - a family of nonautonomous HELITRON transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4(10), 274-274 (2004)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are ~90% identical to the consensus. HELITRON6_CB is flanked by TC-CTGG termini and inserts between 5'T and 3'A. Distantly related to HELITRONY1_CE from C. elegans. The central part contains a minisatellite array. MINISAT2_CB seems to be derived from HELITRON6_CB.
