The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 86% identical to the consensus. HELITRON9A_CB is flanked by TC-CTGG termini and inserts between 5'T and 3'A. Shares termini with HELITRON9B_CB, HELITRON9C_CB, and HELITRON9D_CB. Related to HELITRON3_CB.
