Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 97% identical to the consensus. HAT11_CB contains 16bp-long TIRs and is flanked by 8bp target duplications. Related to HAT3_CB, HAT1_CB.
