Journal: Repbase Reports 4(11), 297-297 (2004) |

Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 99-100% identical to the consensus. MARINER48_CB contains 492bp-long TIRs and is flanked by 3bp target duplications TNA. C|TNA|G insertion motif. TIRs are similar to MARINER49_CB and MARINER53_CB.
