Title: MARINER49_CB - a family of nonautonomous mariner/Tc1-like transposons. |
|||
Journal: Repbase Reports 4(11), 298-298 (2004) |

Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 95% identical to the consensus. MARINER49_CB contains ~340bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by TNA target duplications from the C|TNA|G target motif.
