Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 89% identical to the consensus. MARINER56_CB contains 68bp-long TIRs and is flanked by 3bp target duplications TNA. C|TNA|G insertion motif. MARINER56_CB is 65% identical to MARINER53_CB.
