Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 93% identical to the consensus. MARINER57_CB contains ~168bp-long TIRs and is flanked by TA target duplications. Similar to MARINER4_CB, MARINER2_CE, and MARINER6_CB.
