Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 90% identical to the consensus. MARINER59_CB contains ~204bp-long TIRs and is flanked by TA target duplications. TIRs similar to MARINER20_CB, MARINER43_CB, and MARINER33_CB.
