Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 95% identical to the consensus. MARINER60_CB contains ~130bp-long TIRs and is flanked by TNA target duplications. C|TNA|G insertion motif. MARINER60_CBis related to MARINER50_CB and MARINER53_CB.
