Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 93% identical to the consensus. MARINER61_CB contains 25bp-long TIRs and is flanked by TA target duplications. MARINER61_CB is related to MARINER23_CB.
