Title:
SINEX-3_CR, a putative SINE-like non-LTR retrotransposon from the green algae genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4(2), 47-47 (2004)
Abstract:
About 30 copies of SINEX-3_CR are present in the C. reinhardtii genome. They are ~98% identical to the consensus sequence. The 125-bp 3' terminus of SINE-3_CR is 79% identical to the L1-1_CR 3' terminus. Target site duplications are not present.
