Title:
HAT1_CB - a family of nonautonomous hAT-like transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4(4), 108-108 (2004)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are ~98% identical to the consensus. The HAT1_CB central regions bears similarity to hAT transposases. HAT1_CB contains 15bp-long TIRs terminated by CA-TG bases. Flanked by 8bp-long target duplications.
