Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are ~92% identical to the consensus. Distantly similar to MERLIN2_CB and Merlin1_CB. MERLIN4_CB contains ~193bp-long TIRs and is flanked by 8bp target duplications.
