Title:
HAT6_CB - a family of nonautonomous DNA transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4(8), 205-205 (2004)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 97% identical to the consensus. HAT6_CB contains 18bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by 8bp target duplications. The central part bears distant similarity to hAT transposases (HAT2_CI).
