Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 98% identical to the consensus. MARINER41_CB contains perfect 966bp-long TIRs and is flanked by TA target duplications. Related to MARINER40_CB and MARINER42_CB.
