Title:
DNA6-1_SP, a family of nonautonomous DNA transposon in the sea urchin genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4(9), 222-222 (2004)
Abstract:
The genome contains several hundred copies of DNA6-1_SP. These elements are characterized by 6-bp target site duplications and 11-bp terminal inverted repeats (two mismatches). Classification is unknown.
