Title:
DNAX-1_SP, a family of nonautonomous DNA transposon in the sea urchin genome.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 4(9), 223-223 (2004)
Abstract:
The genome contains 20-50 copies of DNAX-1_SP. These elements are characterized by 13-bp terminal inverted repeats (one mismatch). Remarkably, target site duplications are not detectable.
