Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are ~90-95% identical to the consensus. Flanked by 4bp target duplications. GYPSY4-LTR_CB 76% similar to GYPSY3-LTR_CB. The internal sequence is listed as GYPSY4-I_CB.
