Title:
MUJITOS2: DNA-transposon distantly related to MuDR-type transposons - a complete sequence.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(10), 327-327 (2005)
Abstract:
The transposon is distantly related to Jittery, MUJITOS and MUTRIM1. Its ORF was classified as "putative transposase" in ref. 1. This entry provides a complete sequence including >190 bp long imperfect TIRs, which are hallmarks of DNA transposons.
