Repbase Reports 5(10), 328-328 (2005)
Abstract:
The protein-coding region was described as "putative transposase" in ref. 1. This entry reports a full DNA transposon sequence distantly similar to Jittery and MUJITOS1. It includes 39 bp perfect TIRs, which can be expanded to 104 bp by allowing 11 base substitutions.
