Title:
MuDR-15_CB - a family of nonautonomous MuDR-like transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(4), 89-89 (2005)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 91% identical to the consensus. MuDR-15_CB contains 8 bp TIRs and if flanked by 8 bp target duplications. Similar to MuDR-9_CB and MuDR-11_CB.
