Title:
En/Spm type transposon from rice.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(9), 240-240 (2005)
Abstract:
At least 10 mainly intact copies exist in the rice genome, encoding two large putative ORFs. This transposon has 41 bp imperfect terminal inverted repeats, and generates 3 bp target site duplications.
