Title:
MARWOLEN1: Mariner-type DNA transposon from Wolbachia endosymbiont of Drosophila ananassae (procaryote).
Journal:
Repbase Reports 5(9), 265-265 (2005)
Abstract:
The transposase homology was identified in ref. 1. The transposon has ~220 bp long TIRs. This transposon is classified by its host rather than the endosymbiont due to its similarity to other host transposons.
Derived:
Positions 1 1643 Accession No AAGB01000014 EMBL/GenBank/DDBJ
