Title:
MARINER64_CB - a family of nonautonomous mariner/Tc1-like transposon.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(1), 35-35 (2006)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 90% identical to the consensus. MARINER64_CB is flanked by TA target duplications and contains ~30bp-long TIRs. The central part is ~80% similar to Mariner-N1_CB, but termini are different.
