Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(2), 97-97 (2006)
Abstract:
It is a family of nonautonomous DNA transposon from the Mariner superfamily (Tc1 clade). The genome harbors 5 copies that are 97% identical to the consensus. The transposase encoding region is saturated by many stop codons.
