Abstract:
It is a family of DNA transposons from the Mariner superfamily (Tc1 clade). The genome harbors 15 copies that are 99.8% identical to the consensus. It encodes a 493-aa Mariner-3_AFp transposase (five exons at pos. 124-793, 853-1143, 1255-1326, 1366-1803, 1897-1907).
