Title:
DNA6-2_CB - a family of nonautonomous DNA transposons.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(5), 212-212 (2006)
Abstract:
The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are ~94% identical to the consensus. DNA6-2_CB contains 40bp-long imperfect TIRs and is flanked by 6bp target duplications.
