Title: hAT-7_XT, a family of autonomous hAT DNA transposons from frog. |
Journal: Repbase Reports 6(8), 416-416 (2006) |
Abstract: hAT-7_XT elements form a young autonomous family of hAT DNA transposons. The genome harbors only a few copies of hAT-7_XT (~99% identical to the consensus). The consensus sequence encodes a 592-aa hAT-7_XTp transposase. The 5' terminus of the consensus is incomplete.
