Title:
piggyBac-1N1_XT, a family of nonautonomous piggyBac DNA transposons from frog.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(8), 442-442 (2006)
Abstract:
The genome contains several thousand copies of piggyBac-1N1_XT elements. They are characterized by 14-bp TIRs and TTAA target-site duplications. piggyBac-1N1_XT is a nonautonomous family derived from the autonomous piggyBac-1_XT.
