Title:
hAT-N11_XT, a family of nonautonomous hAT DNA transposons from frog.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(9), 466-466 (2006)
Abstract:
The genome contains several thousand copies of hAT-N11_XT. These nonautonomous elements have been transposed relatively recently (5% divergence from the consensus). This transposon is characterized by 8-bp TSDs and 14-bp TIRs.
