Title:

Abstract:
It is a family of non-autonomous hAT DNA transposons that belong to the hAT6 group, characterized by 6-bp target site duplications. hAT6-N4_NV contains 13-bp imperfect TIRs and shares common termini with the autonomous hAT6-2_NV. The hAT6-N4_NV family is relatively old: genomic elements are ~5% divergent from the consensus sequence.
