Repbase Reports 7(12), 1199-1199 (2007)
Abstract:
It is a family of non-autonomous hAT DNA transposons that belong to the hAT6 group, characterized by 6-bp target site duplications. hAT6-N6_NV contains 15-bp TIRs (1 mismatch) and shares common termini with the non-autonomous hAT6-5_NV.
