Repbase Reports 7(6), 185-185 (2007)
Abstract:
This is a relatively old family with an average divergence from consensus ~10%. Its 3' end significantly resembles that of SINE2-3_SP, suggesting that members from this family participated in proliferating SINE2-3_SP elements.
